Coming Home: Reuniting Over 100 Children with Family Since 2013
Since 2013, Hold My Hand Charity has made it a core mission to not only rescue children from the streets—but to reunite them with their families. Because we believe healing begins when a child is surrounded by love, stability, and belonging.
We are proud to share that over 100 children have been successfully reunited with their parents, grandparents, or extended family members. Today, many of them are living safely at home, attending school, and rebuilding strong family bonds. Others are still in the process, and we continue walking with them step by step to find lasting solutions.
Each reunion is a moment of hope.
- - A young man reunited with the mother he thought he'd lost forever.
- - A girl shedding tears of joy in her grandmother's arms after years apart.
- - Siblings laughing together under the same roof for the first time.
"When I saw my family, I felt like my life started again," shared one of the boys.
Our job doesn’t end with reunification. We continue offering families emotional, educational, and material support—ensuring every child not only goes home, but stays home safely.
This is more than just a statistic. It’s 100+ restored lives, 100+ reunited families, and the beginning of generational healing.
